Jason’s diverse practice spans construction litigation, corporate and contractual disputes, employment matters for both employers and employees, real estate conflicts, and a broad spectrum of general litigation issues. His depth of experience equips him to handle complex cases with precision and strategic foresight.
Jason has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, and has managed cases involving the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. His comprehensive understanding of various legal forums allows him to navigate disputes effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor with Honours from Bond University Law School in Australia and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. He also holds a Master’s of International Public Policy from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Development Studies and Political Studies from Dalhousie University.
