Jamie Sanderson is a seasoned litigator and a senior lawyer at MacDonald Associates pc. With over two decades of experience, Jamie is renowned for his experience in commercial and construction litigation. His practice emphasizes resolving complex contract disputes, shareholder conflicts and oppression applications, as well as managing high-stakes construction lien claims and negligence actions.

Jamie has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Commercial List and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has substantial experience navigating domestic arbitration proceedings. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto (1997) and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School (2000).
